  • Getting restful sleep
  • Using essential oils and candles
  • Making mindful food choices
  • Avoiding drugs and alcohol and too much caffeine
  • Sticking to a budget
  • Minimizing clutter
  • RSVPing to events on Meetup
  • Attending an art class
  • Going to a support group on a regular basis
  • Mapping out travel destination and time beforehand
  • Browsing a library or bookstore
  • Coloring in a coloring book
  • Journaling or writing poetry
  • Swimming in the ocean or pool
  • Taking a hot shower or preparing a bubble bath
  • Calling a trusted friend or family member
  • Cleaning one’s room or house
